All of our products are created fand designed by me.
~Please allow 3-5 business days for production if I have to personnalise a product or created it.
~Colors and sizes may look different on your computer monitor. I am unable to offer a refund because you purchased the wrong color or size. I recommend that you purchase a sample box.
Product Availability
Occasionally some materials used to make my products are back-ordered or discontinued. To reduce availability issues, if you are planning to order items for an event that is more than 3 months out, you may reserve stock for your order. To reserve stock for your order, send me an email. I will create a Special Listing for you to make a deposit on your order which will guarantee the availability of the materials for your items when you are ready to purchase! Deposits range from $20 - $50 depending on the size of the order.
Product Representation
I do my best to photograph my products and to provide thorough information in my listings so that the sizes, colors and materials are represented accurately. Colors, textures and sizes may appear different on electronic devices. If you are concerned about the size of our items or are trying to matching colors, please purchase a sample in advance of placing an order. Returns may not be accepted and refunds may not be issued solely based on improper size or color selections.
Custom/ Personalized Sample Listings
A custom/ personalized sample listing can be created for you by sending me an email with the following information: requested personalization, color and shipping zip code. I will then post a Sample Listing for you to purchase.
Please purchase Custom/ Personalized Sample Listing within 5 business days of posting. Please contact me if you need more time to make your purchase. If you don't contact me, your listing may be removed.
Payment Options
I accept PayPal and Credit Cards processed through PayPal. Did you know? You can even pay by credit card through the PayPal option WITHOUT having a PayPal account! Purchases mailed
Shipping
1-2 buisness day for sending the product, 5-11 day to received it it depends where you live. I use La Poste whith tracking number for the shipping. All items are wrapped carefully to prevent damage, shipped in a box via priority mail (2-3 business days) with delivery confirmation. You will receive an e-mail notification when your package is mailed. The e-mail will contain the delivery confirmation number. Shipments
Damaged and Lost Packages:
Mimicartes has no control over items lost in the mail, packages damaged in transit or mail system delays. If you receive a damaged package, please contact me immediately to discuss options. Each circumstance will be addressed on an individual basis. Photos of the damage are helpful. If your items do not arrive when they are expected track them with the delivery confirmation number provided in your e-mail notification when your order is shipped.
Exchanges, Refunds and Cancellations
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me immediately. I will address each circumstance on an individual basis to discuss exchange options and/or a refund. Items must be in their original packaging. I will gladly cancel your order and issue a full refund if contacted 24 hours of placing your order.
